Contactless clocking enables employees to produce a fully costed job analysis
Merseyside Fire Service has had to axe 103 jobs in order to save £3.7 million over three years. Almost £3m will be saved through implementing a ‘dynamic reserve’ status for second pumps at Old Swan, Crosby, Toxteth, Speke and Wallasey, which means they will no longer be in daily use. Tony Newman, chair of the fire authority, said: "These changes have to be made in response to the substantial reduction in money we will receive from government over the next two years.”
Your company will be better able to meet budget cuts when using Time and Attendance North West systems which utilise time and money-saving contactless smart card clocking. The simple collection of employees’ clocking data will be implemented in the fastest possible way. A typical WinTA system stores information on up to 1000 production or department jobs. With the easy use of a smart card or key fob, employees book time against these jobs to produce a fully costed analysis and breakdown of time spent on each one.
