The Gym King will expand into Tanzaro House in Manchester. The popular fitness and lifestyle brand launched three years ago. They provide products for the likes of ASOS, JD Sport and Footasylum and will be moving into a 2,000 sq ft unit in Tanzaro House, owned by Charlton Manor Estates. It joins more than 15 agencies and distributors at the site including Just Consultancies, Two Squared Agency and The Couture Club.
Roundhouse Properties has lodged plans to build a new business centre on the 1.6-acre site on Randles Road, Knowsley Business Park. This Momentum Business Centre, made up of 39 units at 28,550 sq ft, would be the company’s 5th. Currently Roundhouse Properties has sites in Buckshaw, Chorley, Bamber Bridge and Shadsworth, and is in the process of completing a site in Preston.
Booking.com, one of the largest travel e-commerce companies worldwide, will be opening a new global headquarters for its Rentalcars.com division in St John’s Quarter, Manchester. The business will be the “anchor tenant” of the Allied London Enterprise City tech campus. The move represents a £100m investment.
